Sweet dumplings with sugar syrup

Ingredients: Proprietary flour (wheat), corn starch, sugar, milk solids, blend of vegetable oils (rapeseed and soybean), raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, acids: tartaric acid. Green cardamom, salt, saffron.
Preparation: dissolve sugar (300g) in a glass of water (400 ml). Boil the dissolved sugar for about 3 minutes. Mix: 1.5 tablespoons of Ghee butter, 3-4 tablespoons of water and this mixture. Knead the dough and form about 10-15 balls. Heat 350 g. For ghee butter frying, add the dumplings, they should rise slowly, if they brown too quickly, reduce the heat and let the butter cool. After baking the dumplings until golden, take them out and cook the in the prepared sugar syrup for about 10 minutes.
